Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or place any Wager on oji99. By completing registration, you represent and warrant that you are 21 or older. oji99 enforces this requirement strictly and will request proof of age at any time. Any Account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all Wagers voided, and the Balance investigated prior to any refund determination.

2.2 Geographic Access. oji99 is operated as an international online gambling platform. You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing or using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. oji99 does not represent that its services are appropriate or available for use in any specific jurisdiction beyond its licensed operating territory.

2.3 Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated or who are subject to a court order restricting their ability to enter contracts may not register an Account.

2.4 Not a Professional or Excluded Person. Employees, contractors, and agents of oji99 and its affiliated entities, as well as immediate family members of such persons, are not permitted to hold a Player Account. Players who have previously self-excluded or been excluded by oji99 may not register new Accounts while any exclusion period is in effect.

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one Account on oji99. Opening multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal information — is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of Balances held therein.

3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your Account, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid contact email address. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of this Agreement.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. oji99 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify oji99 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC). oji99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of a Player's Account lifecycle, including but not limited to:

• A valid government-issued photo identification (KTP or passport);
• Proof of residential address in Indonesia (utility bill, bank statement, or similar document dated within 90 days);
• Proof of ownership of any payment method used to deposit funds (bank account statement, e-wallet screenshot);
• A selfie photograph holding the identity document, on request.

Failure to provide requested KYC documents within 14 calendar days of the request may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

3.5 Account Currency. All Accounts on oji99 are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). No currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals; all funds are held and transacted in IDR.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. oji99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian local payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Payment methods available to any specific Account may vary based on verification status and operational availability.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed in the Player's Account cashier section and may be adjusted periodically. VIP-tier Players may be eligible for higher withdrawal limits as communicated by their account manager.

4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via local Indonesian bank transfer are typically credited to the Account Balance within 5 minutes of confirmed bank receipt. E-wallet deposits via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja are generally credited in real time. oji99 is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's bank or payment provider.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within 10 minutes to 24 hours for verified Accounts, subject to applicable wagering requirements being met and no pending KYC review. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to Indonesian bank accounts or e-wallets registered in the Player's verified name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

4.5 No Conversion Fees. oji99 does not charge currency conversion fees. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in IDR at face value. Players should be aware that their own bank or payment provider may apply transaction fees independent of oji99.

4.6 Verification of Funds. oji99 may temporarily withhold a withdrawal request pending verification of the source of funds if the transaction pattern is inconsistent with normal player behaviour or triggers anti-money-laundering review procedures. oji99 will communicate the reason for any such hold within 3 business days.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional credits offered by oji99 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which supplement and are incorporated into this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and this Agreement, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms, Bonus Funds carry a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any portion of the Bonus Funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and expiry period are specified in each promotion's terms. Wagers on excluded games (typically low-margin table games or specific slots) do not contribute toward wagering requirements.

5.3 One Bonus Per Account. Only one bonus promotion may be active on an Account at any time, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. Players may not claim multiple welcome bonuses, new-player offers, or first-deposit promotions across multiple Accounts.

5.4 Bonus Abuse. oji99 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back any Bonus Funds and associated winnings if it determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion; employing low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to exploit bonus terms; coordinating with other Players to guarantee bonus outcomes; or providing false information to qualify for a promotion.

5.5 Promotional Validity. Promotional offers are valid for the period stated in the offer terms. oji99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not retroactively affect offers already accepted and in progress by Players.

5.6 Seasonal Promotions. oji99 regularly offers seasonal promotions aligned with Indonesian cultural events including Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, Indonesia's Independence Day (17 August), and major football tournaments such as the Piala AFF and FIFA World Cup. Specific terms and eligibility criteria for seasonal promotions are published on the promotions page at the time of the relevant campaign.

6.1 Acceptance of Wagers. oji99 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any Wager at its sole discretion, including Wagers that exceed applicable stake limits, Wagers placed after an event has commenced (unless in-play markets are explicitly open), or Wagers placed on markets that oji99 has suspended or closed.

6.2 Sportsbook Markets. Sportsbook odds, including markets for BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, Piala AFF, MotoGP, and other events, are subject to change until a Wager is confirmed. Confirmed Wagers are locked at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. oji99 may void Sportsbook Wagers placed after an event's official start time unless clearly designated as in-play markets.

6.3 Palpable Errors. In the event of a manifest or obvious error in odds, game results, or displayed information (commonly referred to as a "palpable error"), oji99 reserves the right to void affected Wagers and return stakes to Players. oji99 will not honour Wagers at clearly erroneous odds, even if confirmed, where the error is reasonably apparent to an ordinary bettor.

6.4 Slot and Casino Game Rules. Individual slot and casino game rules, including Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages, payline structures, and bonus feature mechanics, are governed by the rules of the relevant game studio (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Pocket Games Soft, and others). Players should review the in-game rules before wagering. Published RTP figures are theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

6.5 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, software failure, or connectivity error that interrupts a game session, oji99 will restore the game to its pre-interruption state where technically feasible, using server-side game logs. Where restoration is not possible, any affected Wager will be voided and the stake returned to the Player's Balance.

7.1 Player Welfare Commitment. oji99 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We believe gambling should be an enjoyable leisure activity. If gambling is causing you or someone you know financial, emotional, or personal difficulties, we strongly encourage you to use the responsible gaming tools available in your Account settings or contact our support team.

7.2 Available Tools. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players at no charge and are applied immediately upon activation:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps in IDR. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Duration Alerts — Configure alerts that notify you after a chosen number of consecutive minutes spent on the Platform.
• Reality Checks — Enable pop-up notifications at regular intervals displaying your net profit or loss for the current session.
• Self-Exclusion — Voluntarily suspend access to your Account for periods ranging from 24 hours to 12 months, or indefinitely. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed or shortened during the active period.

7.3 Self-Exclusion Enforcement. Players who have activated Self-Exclusion are prohibited from opening new Accounts during the exclusion period. If oji99 identifies that a self-excluded Player has registered a new Account, that Account will be immediately suspended and any Balance returned after KYC verification.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the oji99 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Opening or operating more than one Account on oji99;
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — any such exploitation discovered must be reported to [email protected] immediately;
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or bonus terms;
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any transactions that violate applicable anti-money-laundering regulations;
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or payment provider in bad faith after receiving services on the Platform;
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing oji99 staff members via any communication channel;
• Allowing or facilitating access to your Account by any third party, including family members.

9.1 Ownership. All content on the oji99 Platform — including but not limited to the oji99 brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, software code, game content, odds data, and promotional materials — is the property of oji99 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 Limited Licence. oji99 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to this Agreement. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform.

9.3 Prohibited Use. You may not use the oji99 brand name, logo, or any proprietary content in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship by oji99 without prior written consent.

10.1 Platform Availability. oji99 endeavours to maintain continuous availability of the Platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond oji99's reasonable control may cause temporary unavailability. oji99 is not liable for any loss arising from Platform downtime.

10.2 Exclusion of Consequential Damages. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, oji99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or other intangible losses, even if oji99 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10.3 Maximum Liability. Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, oji99's total liability to you in respect of any claim arising from or related to this Agreement or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 Third-Party Services. The Platform integrates third-party game content, payment processing, and data feed services. oji99 is not responsible for errors, interruptions, or inaccuracies originating from these third-party services beyond oji99's reasonable control.

10.5 Player Responsibility. Gambling involves inherent risk of financial loss. You acknowledge that you participate in games and betting markets voluntarily and at your own risk. oji99 does not guarantee any winnings or outcomes. You are solely responsible for managing your gambling activity within your financial means.

11.1 Termination by Player. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting oji99 support at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Prior to closure, any outstanding wagering requirements on active Bonus Funds must be either completed or the Bonus Funds forfeited; real-money Balance will be returned to your verified payment method.

11.2 Termination by oji99. oji99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, in the event of:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement;
• Discovery that the Account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements in Section 2;
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, collusion, or other illegal activity;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal in bad faith;
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy).

11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon Account termination for breach, oji99 may withhold the Balance pending investigation. Where no breach is confirmed, verified real-money Balance will be returned to the Player's nominated payment method within 30 days. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon Account termination in all circumstances.

12.1 Applicable Law. This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which oji99 is licensed and incorporated, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

12.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and oji99, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. The majority of account, payment, and game-related disputes are resolved within 5 business days through our internal review process.

12.3 Language. This Agreement is drafted and shall be interpreted in English. Any translation provided for reference purposes does not constitute an official version of this Agreement. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

13.1 Right to Amend. oji99 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any provision of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email to the address registered on their Account, with a minimum of 14 days' notice before the changes take effect.

13.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure prior to the effective date of the changes.

13.3 Version History. The effective date displayed in the page header reflects the date on which the current version of this Agreement came into force. Previous versions of this Agreement are available on request by contacting [email protected].
